SlunkCrypt is an experimental cross-platform cryptography library and command-line tool. A fully-featured GUI is provided for the Windows platform. The nice thing with SlunkCrypt is it includes CLI and GUI options, both are easy to use depending on your needs and skill level. You can select your own passphrase for use or allow the app to generate one (make sure to save it!) The interface is a workhorse everything needed is in plain view.
