watchOS 7.4 Beta 4 Released to Developers With iPhone Unlock

Along with other updates, Apple has released the watchOS 7.4 beta 4 for developers to test and install.

This can be downloaded over-the-air via the Watch app on iPhone in General > Software Update. Or, the profile can be downloaded from the Apple Developer Center.
