Historical Significance...

Bootleg audio of this have been making the rounds for years, but I've never seen the video. I imagine Warner Bros. will have this taken down in short order, so enjoy it while you can: the entire nearly 14-minute live recording that forms the basis of the album version of Purple Rain, complete with commentary. I'm not to proud to admit this made my day. What a piece of music, and what a lucky audience.EDIT: Well, that didn't last long. By the time I refreshed this page, it had been taken down. You'll have to find a boot, I guess.
