License Server Outage [resolved]

Since about 9 AM CEST on July 30, we are experiencing license server outages which have lead to failed license transactions (license activation, license transfer and license upgrades). Resolving the issue will likely take hours to complete and is currently ongoing.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. We can assure you that your licenses cannot get lost. Once the license server is available again, please restart any failed license transactions to activate your products successfully.

As already communicated, we are currently working on a successor for our license management technology.
