First iPhone XR orders arrive in Australia and New Zealand
vendredi 26 octobre 2018, 12:15 , par Power Page
Customers in Australia and New Zealand have traditionally been the first to get their paws on Apple’s new devices, and the iPhone XR is no exception.
A number of Aussie and Kiwi customers who pre-ordered the iPhone XR have begun sharing photos of the device on Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and other social media. While there are currently no Apple Store locations in New Zealand, Australian customers were the first to snag an iPhone XR from an Apple Store. It’s been noted that iPhone XR stock quantities remained strong following pre-orders on October 19, Apple should have plenty of stock available for walk-in purchases around the world. Following the New Zealand and Australia launches, iPhone XR sales are set to kick off in Asia, Europe, and North America. Apple Stores globally are opening up at 8:00 a.m. local time to allow customers to pick up reserved devices and make walk-in purchases. In the United States, the first new device deliveries and sales will take place on the East Coast starting at 8:00 a.m. Apart from Apple, other retailers, wireless carriers, and big box stores, are slated to begin stocking the iPhone XR today. If you’ve received your iPhone XR, please let us know what you make of it in the comments. Via MacRumors
