Apple announces March 25th press event

After a fair amount of rumor and speculation, Apple has confirmed a March 25th press event to take place at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park.

The invitation arrived with the tag line “It’s show time,” and will begin at 10 AM PST, 1 PM EST, on that day.

This event marks be the first non-iPhone event at Apple Park, and is expected to contain a fair number of software and services announcements, like an Apple News subscription, Apple’s streaming video platform, as well as updates on iOS 12.2.

The invitation graphic shows a film reel countdown, which heavily suggests the Apple video service.

Apple has also announced that it will livestream the event via https://www.apple.com/apple-events/livestream/
