How Do I Get More Than One Mail Address To a Smart Mailbox?

I am trying to get more than one mail address to go to one smart mailbox.
i can get one address but when i add another address all email disappears. when i delete one then the emails reappear.
I am using “from” “contains” then the “email address” from each sender.
I have tried using just names and that does not work either.
