Apple posts first developer beta of watchOS 5.2.1

Apple has issued the first developer beta of watchOS 5.2.1. 
Registered developers can download the beta via Apple’s developer portal (https://developer.apple.com/account/#/welcome). Or it can be downloaded over-the-air once the proper configuration profile has been installed from the Developer Center.
