Black Friday comes but once a year–and in 2023 it falls on November 24. In recent years, however, the deals season has expanded to cover the week leading up to Black Friday, Cyber Monday afterward (that’s November 27 in 2023), and often most of the month of November.

In the weeks leading up to Black Friday–and on Black Friday itself–we expect to see some good deals on a new Apple Watch. Apple’s first budget SE smartwatch came out in 2020; this is the second-gen model, which launched in September 2022. It currently has an MSRP of $249/£219. We expect deals to surface over Black Friday.

Black Friday: Latest Apple Watch Ultra (first gen) deals

The original Apple Watch Ultra had an MSRP of $799/£849 at launch, but has since been discontinued. You may be able to find stock at third-party retailers, but look for a big discount.

Black Friday: Latest Apple Watch Series 8 deals

Last year’s Apple Watch Series 8 had an MSRP of $399/£419 when it came out, but it’s since been discontinued. Only buy if you can find a major discount of $100 or more.
