Here's how to use the feature on your iPhone or iPad.iOS 17 brings balloons and other familiar reactions to video calls.The 'Reactions' feature on iOS and iPadOS carries into the FaceTime app as well as third-party video conferencing apps available on iOS and iPadOS.
