Bharti Airtel partners with Apple to bundle Apple TV+, Apple Music

Bharti Airtel has announced a partnership with Apple to offer exclusive deals for Apple Music and Apple TV+ to its customers in India. Starting later this year, Airtel’s premium Wi-Fi and postpaid plans will include Apple TV+ on its Xstream video-streaming platform. Additionally, subscribers to Airtel’s Wynk Premium music service, which is being shuttered, will receive special offers for Apple Music.

As part of the latest pact, Airtel Xstream customers can now explore the best of Hollywood and award‐winning content on Apple TV+ included with premium Airtel WiFi and Postpaid plans, the telco said.
Moreover, Airtel users will also have access to Apple Music alongside Wynk Premium users will be receiving exclusive offers from Airtel for Apple Music.
These offers for Apple TV+ and Apple Music are set to become available to Airtel customers in India later this year.
The telco, in a media release, said that Apple TV+ has quickly gained recognition for its original programming and the service will now be bundled with Airtel’s premium WiFi and postpaid plans, further enriching Airtel’s content portfolio available through Airtel Xstream.
