vendredi 6 septembre 2024, 16:32 , par Mac Daily News
Apple Intelligence — the personal intelligence system for iPhone, iPad, and Mac — combines the power of generative models with personal context to deliver intelligence that’s useful and relevant to the user.
In a note to clients on Friday, TD Cowen analyst Krish Sankar reiterated a “Buy” rating and his $250 target price on Apple stock. The analyst commented, “AAPL’s proprietary LLM called AFM help underpin Apple Intelligence, benchmark well against GPT3/4, and are strategically vital for fast inferencing on edge devices. iPhone spec upgrades in CY25 will be a material boost for Gen AI performance and a potential demand catalyst. We expect the OpenAI relationship to benefit AAPL LT and Private Cloud Compute could lead to new services revs.” MacDailyNews Take: According to Wedbush Securities analyst Daniel Ives, some 300 million current iPhone users have not upgraded their devices in over four years, positioning Apple to potentially sell upwards of 240 million iPhones in its 2025 fiscal year.
