Apple slashes MacBook Pro speaker repair costs

Apple will dramatically reduce the cost of speaker repair in the Apple Silicon 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pro, ending the longstanding need to buy a whole replacement top case.Apple is making it more affordable to repair the MacBook Pro.The replacement of damaged speakers in these MacBook Pro models remains complex, but self-service repair will as much as 90% cheaper than at present. It's entirely because standalone speaker repair parts will be released soon.Consequently, users will not have to pay for a replacement battery, the MacBook Pro's top casing, or other unrelated components.
