Apple recently announced the opening of the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app in Saudi Arabia, which features support for Arabic, a first for Apple. To commemorate the event, Apple released a new wallpaper that features an Arabic-inspired Apple logo. The wallpaper also features another first: an online customization tool, where you can change the logo and background colors. You can also choose from the preset color combinations and download as many versions as you like. In total, there are five background colors (purple, pink, orange, teal, and blue) and five Apple logo colors (purple, pink, red, green, and blue). The logo is darker than the background, somewhat reminiscent of the iMac design. To change the wallpaper on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, go to Settings > Wallpaper. On the iPhone and iPad, tap +Add New Wallpaper. On the Mac, click on Add Photo. The online presence in Saudi Arabia also enables shoppers to customize items with Arabic engraving. The first Saudi Arabia flagship Apple Store retail location is set to open next year in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Apple often releases new wallpapers to commemorate the opening of new Apple Stores in landmark locations. Earlier this month, a new wallpaper was released for the new Apple Store in Osaka, Japan. Before that, in June, the company released new wallpaper for its Perth City’s Forrest Place Apple Store in Australia.
