Years ago there was some speculation about these ray fevers getting larger as shark populations decline but recent research has shown this is probably not the case.” From Wikipedia: The cownose ray is a species of eagle ray found throughout a large part of the western Atlantic and Caribbean, from New England, United States to southern Brazil.
