Google engineer suspended after leaking chats with AI bot he claims has become sentient

A Google Engineer named Blake Lemoine was placed on leave last week after publishing transcripts of a conversation with Google's AI ChatBot in which, the engineer claims, the ChatBot showed signs of sentience.
