William Gibson on how he coined the word "cyberspace" (video)

In William Gibson's classic 1984 cyberpunk novel Neuromancer, he coined the word 'cyberspace' as the 'consensual hallucination experienced daily by billions of legitimate operators' jacked in to the digital network.
