Rep. Joaquin Castro asks Justice Dept. to review Warner Bros.' practice of permanently shelving movies for tax breaks

In the past couple of years, Warner Bros. Discovery has withheld completed movies from release in order to get tax breaks. 'Batgirl' and 'Scoob!
