Le SAV des RTX 4090 en Chine ne semble pas être un long fleuve tranquille! En effet, l'importation des RTX 4090 est interdit par les États-Unis, nous en avons pleinement conscience et cela sous-entend que de nouvelles cartes graphiques RTX 4090 se font rare dans les magasins locaux, mais qu'en est-il des RMA?
'Recently, a user who had a faulty GeForce RTX 4090 card sent it in for RMA. The distributor offered a full refund to the user, but the user questioned why there were still RTX 4090 units in stock at retailers and why they couldn't just exchange the card. The distributor replied that the RTX 4090 units in stock at retailers already belonged to them, and there are currently no new shipments of RTX 4090 cards coming into Hong Kong. After several days of negotiation, the user ultimately accepted the distributor's full refund offer, and the distributor also provided the user with an additional discount on the GeForce RTX 4090D.'
