Reddit CEO Says 'Idealism' Masked Poor Work Ethic in Company's Early Days

'Wrapped up in some of that idealism was also not working very hard,' he added. Huffman sees this as a Silicon Valley disease: 'It's almost an entitlement of, 'I work at these companies, but I don't have to work very hard and I'm here for myself.''
