Cubase 10 maintenance update

It's time for the first maintenance update for Cubase 10. A couple reports have trickled in since its launch a month ago and oh have we been quick to respond. We've addressed the erratic response of Cubase when using multiple windows across multiple HiDPI displays under Windows.
