By selecting FedEx Hold at Location services during the checkout process, you can designate a location close to you where your new gear will be held. Now you are free to pick it up on your schedule, plus you’ll enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing it is waiting for you in a safe place.
With over 11,000 locations to select from, there is sure to be a convenient location that makes getting new gear from Sweetwater an even smoother and better experience. And best of all, this service is available for all FedEx delivery options and is absolutely FREE.
Simply click on the Choose a Location button during the checkout process, and select a nearby, secure, and convenient location where you can have your gear shipped. It really is that simple.

NOTE: Shipments must be picked up within seven days of delivery. Participating locations include FedEx Office, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, FedEx Ship Center, Walgreens, Kroger, and Albertsons.
