COPPELL, Texas, June 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Costar Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTC Markets Group: CSTI), announced today that it is postponing the release of its first quarter financial results due to delays incurred filing the fourth quarter and year end 2018 results.
The Company anticipates releasing its first quarter financial results by the end of June 2019.
