Bob Moog Foundation Introduces At Home With Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool

/MUSEWIRE – Music News/ — The non-profit Bob Moog Foundation announced this week that, “In order to create engagement in science and sound, spark curiosity, and stave off boredom for your youngsters, we’ve created At Home With Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool. This series of short videos is inspired by the ten week comprehensive curriculum of Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool, and designed to lead you and your children through short, fun, and easy experiments using materials commonly found at home.”

According to the Foundation announcement, “We created the series ‘Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool At Home’ to be able to engage your youngsters during the COVID-19 pandemic when many of us have been spending a lot more time at home. These short and easy experiments are related to Dr. Bob’s SoundSchool, our ten week comprehensive curriculum that meets national standards, and teaches second graders the science of sound.”
To date, the SoundSchool has taught this curriculum to over 15,000 children, and they continue striving to inspire future generations through science, music, and innovation.
