Techivation intros T-Clarity anti-mud plugin

samedi 21 mai 2022, 03:00 , par MacOSX Audio
PRESS RELEASE — London — Audio software developer, Techivation, launches their surprise new plugin, T-Clarity. Released less than a month after the acclaimed T-Compressor, founder & CEO Amin Asbaghipour says “this new plugin is filled with innovation and usability and is an essential tool for anyone who works with audio.”
The Techivation team has focused on creating an authentic, versatile, and easy-to-use audio plugin. Following the same design ethos and workflow of their popular plugin, T-De-Esser, T-Clarity enhances and clears the mid, lower, and upper mid-range frequencies of any sounds it encounters.

Techivation released T-De-Esser in 2021, with the aim of creating an easy-to-use plugin that would help to smooth out high frequencies in a musical and natural manner. The T-Clarity follows the same rules but adds an extra year of experience and magic to create more clarity to the mid and upper mid frequencies of sounds.
Amin Asbaghipour, founder and CEO of Techivation:
The most common method people use to fix muddy and ‘boxy’ sounds is to use an EQ and cut down certain mid frequencies that may be causing issues. The problem with using EQs is that it may change your audio’s balance and take out some of the mid-range power of the sounds since, in most cases, the muddy and boxy sounds only appear in select portions of the audio. A more pragmatic way is to use a dynamic EQ, but it is often a time-consuming and less straightforward way of getting the full potential out of a track. Now what T-Clarity does is save you time and effort, while it does its unique magic to clean up the mid frequencies only when muddiness and boxiness appear, without causing artifacts or changing the audio frequency spectrum balance of a track.
Techivation T-Clarity is available now for $29, with an introductory offer of $19. Owners of T-De-Esser Pro, and T-Compressor get a special loyalty offer of $9 until May 30. T-Clarity requires macOS 10.11 or later and an AU or VST plugin host. It’s both Intel and Apple Silicon (M1) native. There are current plans to release an AAX format, with an estimated release date of early July.
