Rare Lexicon 280 reverb?

I saw a Lexicon 280 for sale the other day.

Has anyone used one of these? Are they rare?

I can't find much online.

It was no mistake.. looked like a typical lexicon rack pcm80 / pcm90 style but it said 280.
