Baby Audio’s Pitch Drift plugin introduces pitch fluctuations that range from subtle instabilities, giving sterile tracks a more organic feel, to intense pitch drifting with distinctly detuned results. The effect was inspired by the varied tuning temperaments of acoustic instruments, and introducing these subtle differences, especially when combined across multiple instruments, can result in a much fuller, richer sounding mix.
