DW’s DWe Drums: Two Worlds of Hybrid Play, Total Innovative Control

Electronic alternatives to acoustic instruments have a rocky history of success, and while decades of technological refinement have led to convincing alternatives and new ways of approaching sound, drums may be one of the most divisive. Whether it’s about form, function, or both, eDrums are as fervently championed as they are vehemently derided, yet DW saw a unique opportunity to apply their half-century of world-class expertise to devise a groundbreaking solution: DWe drums.
