ProTools24 crashes at Intializing Midi Engine

Hello, this is my first post so sorry if something isn't right..

I just purchased ProTools24 Studio Edu.. however i'm having trouble opening it because it crashes as soon as it hits initializing midi engine. I have never plugged in any midi device on this laptop before and i am the only one of my colleagues that has this issue?

My laptop is ROG Zephyrus G16 (2024) GA605//GA605WV

I do not have an audio interface plugged in. I downloaded ASIO4aLL and it initializes ok when it asks me to select playback engine. I see it boot up in the,but it crashes on midi engine..

Any ideas?
