Best Low/Mid tier Condensers with Low End extension

Hello all, I’ve been in the market recently for a condenser that has a fair amount of low end extension for my studio, and I want to purchase something other than a stereotypical fet47 for a kick out mic. I’m not opposed to vintage, and my budget is a max of about $1k. Something versatile would be great - but really any thing with good low end representation would do for me. Thoughts?
