My JX3P doesn't sound as good as everyone else's...

I don't know if I'm just imagining it, but listening to JX3P demos on YT, my JX just doesn't sound as good. Maybe they are just using eventide reverbs...

I don't have a sophisticated audio vocabulary or a trained ear, so all I can say is that it sounds a bit harsh and brassy, and the strings/pads just don't seem as lush as I think they should be. But it's not as though there is something obviously faulty. It still can sound pretty good. I just suspect, it's not quite sounding as good as it could.

Any known issues or things that I should check? All the voices seem to be working. I guess the first thing is to check the output on the power supply, right?

Pretty much all the keys are dead, but that is an issues with the traces and should not effect the sound.
