What's most mentally challenging to you?

What do people find the most mentally challenging in their processes?

For me it's drawing in patterns in shaper box while listening to projects with super high latency compensation. If I'm not listening I can draw it in fine. But if I'm trying to add smaller strokes while listening my brain starts twisting up. It's crazy how my brain auto compensates for the latency when playing an instrument but not other places.

What mental limitations do you find yourself running into? What seems to be the hardest to translate to the DAW format?
