Neumann speakers for film sound design studio

I know that knowing your speakers is key, and when you migrate to a larger pre-mix studios or dubbing stages, you need to know your room by comparison.
That said, I find that some speakers are better for music production and others are better for theater sound. Some speakers simply translate better to horn a loaded cinma PA then others. Especially due to a “vococentric” sound aesthetic.
Most small sound design studios I know use Genelecs or JBLs, and I've always been surprised that they translate quite well (givern a well-treated room). I rarely see Neumann in post-pro though.
I have done some pre-(pre-pre-)mixes with a KH120 A setup though, and they did translate quite well to a big room. Some of you folks do sound design for film or even pre-mixes on Neumanns? Does anyone use the KH150? Since the play lower, maybe they are a better representation of a full-range cinema speaker. Also bassmanagement isnt neccessary then.
What bout KH310s?
