Unknown Console PS (Help required)

Hello Gearspace Cadets,

Sorry if this is not in the right forum. I have frequented Gearspace for nearly a decade, but astonishingly, this is my first post.

I am after an ID on what appears to be a console power supply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if said unit would be of any use to anyone, then please do say.
