Should I upgrade my audio interface

I finally upgraded my Mac. I went from a 12 core cheese grade to a new MacBook Pro m4 pro. I currently use an Apogee Symphony IO mk1 with a thunderbolt chassis. I do not have the money to spend on a new apogee mk2. I was looking at the universal audio Gen2 interface and a lower end apogee. Looking at keeping it under $2000. Would it even be worth upgrading? I mostly do hip hop and pop. Thank you all in advance
