Show me your XLR patchay

I recently added an XLR patchbay to our studio, with all the incoming mic lines on top and the mic preamp inputs below. However, since it's just a pass-thru system and there's no normalling, it is perpetually looking like a plate of spaghetti. How do folks usually keep their XLR patchbay neat and tidy??
