Does Tio 1608 D2 let you have a separate mix for one of the 8 outputs?

At work we recently got a Yamaha DM3 along with a Tio 1608 D2.

I have an event coming up Monday, and I'd like to use the DM3 MIX 6 as a subwoofer mix. I can't find any information about how I can do that, or if it can be done! With 8 outs on the Tio, I figured I could use one for a subwoofer out. I tried being intuitive about it, but nothing worked.

So here's what I'm trying to do:

DM3>Tio 1608 D2

Output 8 of Tio to QSC CP12 daisy chained into another CP12

"HOPEFULLY" output 6 of Tio (with Subwoofer EQ settings) to

QSC 500w power amp going to passive subwoofer.

I don't know enough about Dante, so if my configuration doesn't work with the technology, please let me know. I do have a "Plan B"!
