RME Micstasy or Grace Designs M108

I am looking for 8 channel high-end clean preamp with ADAT connectivity and simultaneous analog outs.

Deciding between these two...

Experience, advice?

I guess both would work and are excellent

I like the simplicity and layout of Micstasy, wonder about the sound differences and other benefits of both and real world experiences...

I also need simultanelus analog outs - to use it as a "splitter" for some live jazz/world music gigs, where the signal goes on to the FOH mixer and I keep the recording signal separate.
