Toontrack releases Metal Amp Anthology EZmix Pack
mardi 26 novembre 2024, 16:25 , par Gearslutz
About the Metal Amp Anthology EZmix Pack Inspired by some of the most iconic tones and players from the 1980s until today, this EZmix pack for EZmix 3 chronicles some of the absolute standout moments during more than four decades of metal and hard rock guitar. All tones were created using neural network and dynamic IR technology, giving you ready-made snapshot prints encompassing the entire in-studio signal chain – from the amp and the cabinet to the mics and the room. All in all, more than seven tried-and-true amps, several classic cabinets and a selection of some of the world’s finest mics were used in the process of capturing these tones. The result? Arguably some of the most dynamic, palpable and life-like sounds you can imagine, all available at the click of a button. If you feel the need to tweak, don’t worry – every setting includes its own unique set of parameters that allow you granular control over all major sound-shaping components. Expect a range of tones that’ll take you from the sizzling six-string and dual-harmony attack of the heyday of NWOBHM to today’s bludgeoning seven- and eight-stringed metal scene. Covering rhythms, cleans, leads and even a basic – but just as diligently captured – selection of bass tones, this EZmix pack will be the new go-to and absolute treasury of tones for any metal songwriter. Amped up and ready for metal? Let’s go!
