Bom Shanka Machines has announced the release of electrypnoseSync. For users of Cubase (or other DAWs without native Ableton Link support), this niche utility plugin allows for partial Link support by sending the Link protocol from your DAW of choice; other Link enabled software can then be synchronised to it. It's not 'true' Link support as plugins are unable to influence the tempo or playhead position of their host, but it goes some way towards 'fixing' the lack of native support.
