Audible Genius has updated Primer, its software synthesizer, to version 2.0.019 and announced that it is now available for free on Mac and Windows (The iPad version has already been free for some time). The latest update also introduces the new Famous Sounds Preset Library, providing users with access to recreations of iconic synth patches from well-known songs.
