Noisebud updates Skyline to v3.01 – A Stereo Tool That Keeps Mono Intact

mercredi 7 mai 2025, 16:47 , par KVR Audio
Noisebud has updated Skyline, a spectral stereo tool for mastering and mixing engineers who want precise stereo control without compromising mono compatibility, to version 3.01. Skyline splits the audio into three adjustable bands and gives you control over each band's stereo width, balance (pan), and ambiance (spread). It's designed to let you push the stereo image while keeping the mono core stable—ideal for both mastering and sound design. New in v3.01: Native Apple Silicon support. Improved Spread algorithm for more transparent widening and better mono compatibility. Core Features: Spread: Injects stereo content using sum/difference channels—ideal for subtly upmixing mono material or widening existing stereo information. Pan: Adjust stereo balance independently in each band. Width: Alters stereo width by boosting sum or difference without collapsing the stereo image. Skyline is available as a VST3 plugin for Windows and both VST3 and AU for macOS (Intel & Apple Silicon). Read More
