Bjt2 updates free "Crescendo" Programmable VST Plugin to v1.0.159 for Windows

Bjt2 has updated the free Crescendo plugin to version 1.0.159 with various enhancements and bug fixes. Changes in 1.0.159 from 1.0.157: UI: bugfixes, cosmetic fixes and performance enhancements. Compiled with the last Visual Studio Build and SDK. Fixed FM Bass.txt. Added AVX10.1 version (Visual Studio 17.4). Bugfixes, memory and speed optimizations. Added LOWBYTE and HIBYTE functions.
