Tone2 updates Icarus to v3.1

Tone2 Audio has updated their synthesizer-workstation Icarus to 3.1. The update is available for free for all Icarus 3 customers. New in Icarus 3.1 New features: MPE support for Legato and Mono modes. Added support for custom skins. 'Load Sample' and 'Load Waveform' in the wavetable editor remember the last file location. Enhancements: Pitchwheel snaps less aggressively to 50%. The new default skin makes it easier to see the structure of the synth. You can change back to the old one in SETUP->Select skin. Many small enhancements. Fixes: Workaround for a bug of Windows 11 that messed up the vertical layout of the SeggoeUI font. Fix for a very rare compatibility problem with trackpads on the Mac. Downward compatibility Icarus 3.1 is downward compatible with all previous versions. All existing song projects and patches can be loaded without any further steps necessary.
