Fracture Sounds releases "Blueprint: Textural Viola" for Kontakt Player
Fracture Sounds has released their latest free Blueprint: Textural Viola instrument for Kontakt Player. This is the third in a mini series of instruments which started with Textural Violin performed by composer and Trails collaborator Alexander Parsons. This library bridges the gap between the original library and Textural Cello, accompanied by the same four textural articulations: Free Tremelo, Col Legno, Spikes, and Bends. Underneath the articulations is a warm pad sound provided by Fracture Sounds' signature Atmosphere Layer- where the original samples in the library are processed through effects. This can be used in conjunction with the articulations, or soloed on it's own. To release the library, Marcus Warner demonstrated his latest track, Evergreen, accompanied by footage he filmed on his trip across North America. The library can be ordered for free from the Fracture Sounds website, is downloaded via Native Access 2, and works in the free version of Kontakt Player 8 (no need to own the full version).
