Waldorf has announced the release of the iOS version of its virtual string synthesizer, bringing the sound of classic string synthesizers to a mobile platform. Based on the same dual sound engine as the Streichfett hardware and plug-in version, the app reproduces the tonal characteristics associated with string machines widely used in 1970s and 1980s
