Spitfire Audio today announces the release of Tenebra by The Newton Brothers, an extraordinary new sample library capturing the signature sounds of one of the most celebrated scoring duos in modern horror. Known for their chilling and emotionally resonant work on The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass, and Doctor Sleep, The Newton Brothers invite music creators into their sonic world of tension, dread, and haunted beauty.

Tenebra is a deeply curated collection of 100 individually recorded sounds, ranging from haunting bells and ominous drones to imaginative orchestral mutations and modular synth textures, all crafted in The Newton Brothers’ studio using both vintage and modern gear. This release gives composers unprecedented access to the same soundscapes that have kept millions of viewers on the edge of their seats.

Powered by Spitfire Audio’s acclaimed SOLAR engine, Tenebra offers dynamic sound manipulation through an intuitive gate sequencer. Users can blend and morph sounds in real-time to create entirely new hybrid atmospheres.
