Spitfire Audio today proudly announces the completion of its Abbey Road Orchestra: Symphonic Woodwinds range, with release of Abbey Road Orchestra: Bassoons. This latest addition to its landmark modular orchestra series that continues to set the standard for realism, playability and responsiveness in the virtual instrument sphere. Following on from Abbey Road Orchestra Flutes, Clarinets and Oboes, this addition to the woodwinds section captures a world-class Bassoons a2 section within the iconic acoustics of Abbey Road Studio One, engineered by GRAMMY® Award-winning engineer Simon Rhodes, recorded and programmed in stunning detail.

Abbey Road Orchestra: Symphonic Woodwinds delivers an authentic and responsive playing experience tailor-made for orchestral composition, with sophisticated performance legato and intelligent, velocity-sensitive transitions, that allow for incredibly natural melodic lines.
