Fracture Sounds Releases Majestic Brass Soloists for Kontakt Player

Fracture Sounds has announced the release of Majestic Brass Soloists, the fourth entry in its Soloists series for Kontakt Player. The library features solo trumpet, French horn, trombone, and tuba, and is designed as both a sequel to Brass Band Soloists and a complement to the wider Soloists line. Together, the Soloists libraries cover both brass band and core orchestral solo brass instruments. The library includes 30 articulations, with eight legato styles sampled in detail. Features include Smart Legato, which allows composers to set latency for live performance and then use negative delay in their DAW for accurate playback, and Instrument Placement, which uses impulse responses to position instruments within the studio space, making it straightforward to combine with other Soloists products. Other options include tongue legato notes triggered by velocity, a Classic Legato mode with adjustable transition speeds, and legato repeats for same-note passages.
