Harrison Audio Expands D510 500 Series System with New D510ua USB/ADAT Interface

Harrison Audio has announced the D510ua, a new high-performance USB/ADAT interface designed for its D510 500 Series system. This new addition joins the existing D510rack, the D510mx 10x2 analog summing mixer, and the D510dante AoIP interface, further extending the modularity of the system for both studio and live sound applications. When installed in the rear panel of the D510rack, the D510ua transforms the unit into an audio hub featuring up to 10 analog inputs, 14 analog outputs, and 16 channels of bi-directional ADAT I/O. This configuration provides a total of 26 inputs and 30 outputs across its analog and digital connections. The D510ua equips each slot of the D510rack with its own A/D and D/A converters. It can be used via USB for direct DAW integration or as an ADAT expansion for an existing audio interface setup. The modular design of the D510 system allows users to swap between the D510ua and the previously released D510dante interface, catering to different workflows. The interface includes intuitive front-panel controls for routing between USB and ADAT sources, as well as dedicated BNC word clock I/O for digital clocking.
